Changed of COD hotspot and Postage :)

Hey Deariesss,

We've changed the COD hotspot and postage.

* From now on, all postage will be mailed out every SATURDAY only,
due to one of us started college and one was working on weekdays :))
In case it's very urgent, we'll try to make things out ^^
* New COD place will be at Sunway College ( During College hours)
